At Dundee Beach Tavern, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Sale or clearance items (final sale).
- Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized items.
How to Return
- In-Store: Bring your item to our store with the original receipt.
- By Mail: Contact our support team at accounts@dundeelodge.com.au for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or defective products.
