Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
Sale or clearance items (final sale).
Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized items.
How to Return
In-Store: Bring your item to our store with the original receipt.
By Mail: Contact our support team at accounts@dundeelodge.com.au for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or defective products.
