Returns & Refunds

• Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items (final sale).
• Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
• Customized or personalized items.

How to Return

• In-Store: Bring your item to our store with the original receipt.
• By Mail: Contact our support team at accounts@dundeelodge.com.au for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or defective products.
